Atos International (Bezons, France) is looking for an intern for a 6-month period.
Are you ready to take on the mission to build fleet and spend control methodologies?
You would be joining the Global Procurement team to support further its standardization and consolidation purchasing strategy leveraging a scale of 29 countries.
This internship will start in March 2014 (subject to some flexibility).
* Tasks & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Lead Buyer Fleet, the intern will:
* Make a strong financial gap analysis between internal finance tools, finance data and supplier spends data
* Challenge suppliers in order to implement harmonised template of fleet and spend reporting
* Propose Key Performance Indicators for the all buying community
* Investigate solutions of customising and automating reporting solutions relatively to different stakeholders (Procurement, HR, drivers)
* Animate the community Fleet on blueKiwi (internal social network) in coordination with the Global Lead Buyer Fleet.
* Support analysis of on-going corporate and international Fleet purchasing projects (RFP Lease Companies implementation, RFP Fleet Management companies, Smart mobility ...)
Profil recherché :
Profil
Student in a Master degree (Bac+4/5) specialized sales and / or administration and / or accounting with strong computing and analytical skills. You already have at least 4-month experience in a working environment, from a previous internship. You are willing to make a practical training in an international leading procurement department.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required: Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel (macros, formulas, pivot tables, analysis)
Knowledge of the Procurement process is recommended.
